Room and venue hire

 

Outlook community centre offers flexible and affordable training and venue hire options. Located in Pakenham, in Melbourne's South East, we offer the following facilities available for casual or ongoing bookings:

  • Two large function rooms with kitchens: a multi-purpose room and a function centre

  • A range of large and medium size training or meeting rooms

​

Rooms are suitable for training, conferences, seminars, corporate functions, fundraising events or family celebrations.

Training / meeting rooms​

  • Set up for 2 - 40 people

  • Flat screen televisions/audio visual equipment ideal for presentations and training

  • WIFI is available

  • Kitchen facility built into each room with crockery included

  • Air conditioning/heating

  • Whiteboards

  • Wooden boards or carpet floors

Function centre

  • Capacity for 130 people sit down or up to 200 people for cocktail style functions

  • Two separate entry doors

  • Audio visual equipment with large screen, two flat screen TVs, microphone and inbuilt speakers

  • WIFI is available

  • Fully equipped professional grade kitchen

  • Full crockery/glassware available for hire

  • Air conditioning / heating

  • Polished floor boards

Multipurpose room

  • Capacity for 100 people sit down or up to 140 for cocktail style functions

  • Audio visual equipment with large screen, microphone and inbuilt speakers

  • WIFI is available

  • A kitchen within the room

  • Full crockery/glassware available for hire

  • Air conditioning/heating

  • Polished floorboards

Car parking & accessibility

​

The Outlook Community Centre includes a car park for over 60 spaces. There are six disability access car spots (4 sheltered).

​

The Community Centre was purpose built to be fully accessible for all members of the community. There are no stairs, door widths are designed for wheel chair access with many automatic opening.  The toilets are fully accessible with hoisting facilities.

​

Please contact the Community Centre for up to date room hire rates. Special rates are available for community not-for-profit organisations or ongoing bookings.

Catering

​

Option to self-cater. Alternatively, we can recommend a caterer or you can use your own.
