About You and the Role
We’re looking for an experienced payroll professional who in addition to having strong technical skills, exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills is also a great communicator and genuinely loves what they do. Strong prior experience is a must as we’re looking for someone who can join the team and hit the ground running to immediately have a positive impact. This role also brings with it the opportunity to help select and drive the implementation of a new payroll system, including ensuring integration with our CRM, accounting and related systems.
The role is part-time (20hrs / week) and with the exception of payroll days (every second Tuesday) we’re flexible on setting the days and hours of work each week. You’ll report directly to the Finance Manager and join a small passionate team dedicated to supporting the Organisation achieve its short and long term goals.
In your new role you will be responsible for the following:

End to end processing of payroll on a fortnightly basis in line with Awards, EBA’s and National and State legislation including compliance with all Single Touch Payroll and other statutory reporting requirements

Reconciliation of fortnightly and month end payroll entries against General Ledger

Processing and reconciliation of all wage related payments including Superannuation, Workcover and Long Service Leave

Managing the year end reporting and compliance process

Assistance with and maintenance of employee file documentation such as contracts, variations, terminations and other employee records

Ensuring all new employee details are accurately entered into the HRIS and properly onboarded

Monitoring employee licencing and related requirements and managing the renewal process to ensure records and certifications are up to date at all times

Preparation of payroll related reporting and statistics

Be the main point of contact for Staff when it comes to payroll related queries, including Award interpretation

And of course there will be those ad hoc tasks and requirements that always come up

Environmental Workers - Casual
Location: Outlook Hampton Resource recovery facility
Hours: Between 8.00am – 4.10pm - 6 days per week
Sunday and Public Holidays 9.00am to 4.10 pm (varied start/finish times)

About the job
Outlook is growing rapidly and we are looking for additional casuals to work at our Hampton Park site. We are seeking people to join us who like to work with a diverse team, doing a variety of tasks, both outdoor and indoor. You will work across a number of roles in our recycled goods shop and on the Transfer Station deck, which will require bending, stretching, pulling, lifting and pushing.

About the Role
In this role you will be working within the Disability Employment Services (DES) Contract to assist individuals in the community with a disability, injury or illness find sustainable employment.
As an Employment Consultant you will utilise your advanced interpersonal skills to assist a caseload of people with a disability, injury or health condition by providing individually tailored and comprehensive job services. Working closely with your colleagues you will share a common goal of ensuring candidates are successful in obtaining ongoing employment. The role is based primarily in Cranbourne.

About the Role
This is a part time (.6 / 22.8 hrs) 12 month term role working with our customers to deliver high quality, effective support to facilitate the implementation of National Disability Insurance Scheme plans and oversee the monitoring of those plans. The role is a capacity building role, and you will be supporting the customer to achieve their personal independence and NDIS goals through self-empowerment, choice and connections to appropriate services and networks.
The customer base is located in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
About You
We are seeking an experienced support coordinator to join our Community Services team. You will need to be organised, administratively savvy and understand how the NDIS works. Highly developed communication and literacy skills are required for this role as you will be dealing with people from all walks of life and accurate case noting and record keeping is of high importance. You enjoy working independently but thrive in a challenging, busy and supportive team environment.
As an experienced support coordinator, you will be ready to take on an existing caseload and be able to work independently across a number of Outlook sites as required.
