Since the NDIS roll out began in 2016, thousands of people have been able to access so many great services and activities, expand their life choices and goals and forge new networks and friendships in their community.

Outlook fosters skills that promote independence and self-determination. We offer services that support people to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Our diverse range of services and opportunities are delivered according to the needs of the individual. Working together, we support people with disabilities in their efforts to create a future built around their own choices. We adjust our support along with their progress, as their goals and needs change over time. We believe that given the right support, time and teamwork almost anything is possible!

Our Steps to Employment program offers a range of services, developed in collaboration with our participants and families, community partners, employment services, local schools and our environmental services. We help people to get ‘work ready’, find work/life balance, build confidence, discover new workplaces, build their skills through accredited training, access and create networks and most importantly get a new job that meets their goals and needs!

Outlook’s Steps to Independence program encourages people with disabilities to build local networks, try out new things and become more independent and confident in life. Maybe even getting to have some fun along the way!

Through the Steps to Participation program, people can enjoy social and recreational activities in their local community, create long lasting relationships and get out and about and have some fun!
