COVID-19 - Changes to our service delivery

Update  8 July 2020

After a brief, considered and a gradual return to services, in response to the reinstatement of Stage 3 restrictions, Outlook must regrettably, again, close the Disability Services day program, the Community Centre and the Volunteer program.

This situation is challenging us all and particularly our many customers and staff impacted by ongoing restrictions. We are continuing our communications with customers, staff and other stakeholders and will provide updates as the 6 weeks restrictions evolve, particularly in relation to the recommencement of services as soon as possible.

Support Coordination, Employment Services (DES), Waste Transfer Stations and Recycled Goods shops are open and providing services.

Exercising social distancing measures

Social distancing includes staying at home when unwell, avoiding large public gatherings if they’re not essential, keeping a distance of 1.5 metres with other people whenever possible and minimising physical contact especially with people at higher risk of developing serious symptoms, such as older people and people with existing health conditions.

Following self-isolation measures

All people who arrive in Australia from midnight 15 March 2020 or think may they have been in close contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus, are required to self-isolate for 14 days.
