Application process

Outlook has a formal application and induction process that is designed to support our volunteers and the people they are connected with. We will match you with your areas of interest, depending on the volunteer positions available at the time, that best match your interests.

All Outlook volunteers will be required to satisfactorily complete a Crimcheck and may require WWCC and/or NDIS screening check, depending on the role.

If you have skills or time available, Outlook will help find the volunteer role that is right for you. Volunteering is open to people of all age groups and abilities.

We are always looking for new volunteers, so if you’re interested, contact the Volunteer Coordinator.

I am now doing something I enjoy and am able to work as much or as little as I am capable of with my ongoing medical situation. After 45 years working in a completely different environment, I find this volunteering experience most rewarding.

Volunteering has given me self confidence and a sense of self worth. I get to meet and interact with people and I am learning and gaining experience that I would not have gained if I wasn’t volunteering.
